Before Swallow I spent over a decade inside the specialty coffee industry, leading marketing, building brands, and helping scale flagship coffee operations in U.S.

What I learned: great coffee already exists. What's missing is a brand that connects the cup in your hand to the people who actually grew it without turning that connection into a sales pitch.

Swallow's coffee comes from real farms with real names: William Ortiz in Huila, Jorge Meza in Valle del Cauca, the Reyes Burbano family in Nariño. Single-origin, traceable, roasted at origin, shipped fresh from Chicago.
