Every coffee region tells a story, but Colombia's smallholder farmers carry one rarely heard: the mental cost of decades of conflict, isolation, and economic precarity. We started Swallow because great coffee shouldn't come at the silent expense of the people who grow it.

Through our partnership with SANA Programs, $2 from every bag we ship funds clinical mental health care for women coffee farmers in Huila, Nariño, Antioquia, Tolima, Santander, and Risaralda — regions where a psychologist visit is often a multi-hour journey most can't afford.

66 women coffee farmers and pickers have completed the SANA program, and 39 women the pilot program.

100% of women have reported noticing positive changes in themselves after completing the program.

SANA participants have improved their stress management by 42%, and work motivation by 40% after completing the program.
